Dear BibleJourney Sojourners,

We know that many of you have been anticipating the release of our first course, The Five Books of Moses.  We are happy to report that the content for the 1st and 4th (Gospels) courses has been completed and sent to our developer for loading into the BibleJourney app.

Our developer has completed their work on the Learning Management System (LMS) for the app, which is the “back-end” part of the app that captures the work you will do when taking each course.  Unfortunately, our developer has reported that they have been having difficulty with the front-end of the app, the portion of the app that contains the “engines” that display the content and integrate with the back-end Learning Management System.  They have put extra people on the project and are working during off days to resolve the problems.  At this point, however, they have been unable to give us a revised release date for the app.

We apologize for any impact this may have on your plans and we ask for grace and mercy as we await the resolution of these issues.  We would appreciate your prayers for the developer’s team, that God will speed their work to a positive outcome.  This has been a long journey, yet all of our team members have been encouraged and excited about the quality of the lessons that have been completed to date.  This latest news is truly a time of testing for us, but we place our full trust in the Lord that the BibleJourney app will bless people from all over the world.  Thank you for your patience as we continue this journey of faith.

Our sample content will remain available for users to test.  Anyone can check this link (click here) and provide feedback on the UI demo and samples.

Finally, we continue to appreciate the prayers that have lifted us up in this endeavor, as well as the donations that have enabled us to make the app as high quality as it is turning out to be.

Together,

Bryan and Tim
